Thanks so much CCraddock, I just was playing around with the local Group Policy, and I realized that the C:\Windows\System32\GroupPolicy only record the changes made to the group policy, so any changes made can be exported through that folder. I can write a simple .bat file and have the security settings and Group Policy imported in seconds.
